Week 11 The Tens 2017-01-01

  • Tall Snatch + OHS
    • 20, 25, 30, 30×2×4
  • Snatch (Every 90 sec)
    • 74×1×8
  • Front Squat + Jerk (Every 90 sec)
    • I chopped my thumb in half cutting some onions the night before. I couldn’t hook grip so I did a front squat off of the blocks instead of a C&J as programmed.
    • 90×1×5
  • Front Squat (3RM, 3-sec pause on the first rep)
    • 100×3×1
    • 90×3×2
    • Super happy with the front squats. I hit 90% of my best for triple
  • Plank, Side plank hold
    • 2 sets × 1 min
