    • 64×5×3
  • Snatch
    • 60, 64, 68×3×2
  • C&J
    • 72, 77, 83×2×2
    • Legs were fried so I power cleaned all of these
  • Front Squat
    • 70, 90, 100, 105X×2
    • Was pretty happy to hit 105 for a single
