    • 64×5×3
    • Still not really locking into position. It was more of a balancing act.
  • Snatch
    • 50, 60, 70, 74, 76X (double)×3
    • Clarked the final lift. Took a breather and then hit a single. I’m pretty sure 74 kg is a PR triple. This is 81% of my 1RM
  • Power Clean + 2 Jerks
    • 60, 80, 90, 100, 105X, 90×1×1
    • Caught 105, but it buried me and I dumped it. It would have been a PR power clean
  • Back Squat
    • 95×5×5
    • Did these with a belt, but tried to only take 1 minute rest between sets.
