Program as written

  • Muscle Clean + Push press 4 sets of 2 reps (leg drive. guide bar into your front rack. Control your dip and drive with feet driving down and out into floor for glute activation)
  • Pwr Snatch + Sn Balance 4 sets of 1 rep @ 75%
  • Pwr Clean + Front Squat + Pwr Jerk 4 sets of 1 rep @ 80%
  • GHD situps 4 sets of 8 reps
  • Ring pushups 4 sets of 8 reps

    • 40, 50, 60, 70×2×1
  • Power Snatch + Snatch Balance
    • 40, 50, 55×1×1
    • 60×1×4
  • Power Clean + Front Squat + Power Jerk
    • 60, 70, 75×1×1
    • 82×1×4
  • GHD Sit ups
    • 10 reps × 4
  • Ring Push-ups
    • 10 reps × 4
