Program as written

  • Snatch 1 set of 1 rep @ (75, 80, 85, 80, 85, 90%)
  • 3 Pos Clean + 1Jerk. Work up to 1RM for the day in 4 sets
  • GHR 4 sets of 8 reps
  • Tempo Snatch Grip RDL. 31X1 (3 down, 1 pause just below knee, quickly up, 1 sec pause at top). 4 sets of 4 reps @ 50% of 1RM Sn
  • Pull-ups 4 sets of 5-10 reps (add weight as needed)
